I These ladies ate lunch with me today.  They bought a coupon at the stick store that allowed them to eat lunch with the teacher.  Good job girls.

Apple time

This week in science we discovered that an apple is matter.  As kindergarten scientist, we used our 5 senses to study an apple.  We found a star inside, learned the lifecycle of an apple tree, tasted 3 different  types of apples, graphed our favorite type of apple, made applesauce, tasted a variety of apple products and heard the story of Johnny Appleseed.
